Gmail のアプリをパソコンにインストールできたのでOutlookの使用をやめた。
Googleアカウントをあちこちで使っていて、Gmailを主体にしたいけれどパソコンはOutlookのほうが使いたかったので二刀流。Gmail一本化になって仕事の効率アップ！

Gmail アプリをPCにインストールするメリット
- フォーカスされた画面で開く
- タスクバーにピン留めすると素早く起動できる
- 複数のデバイスで同期する
起動を早くなって見やすい。
これだけでパソコン作業のストレスが減り、目のシパシパも改善。
同じ方法でX（旧Twitter）とGoogleカレンダーのアプリもインストールできました。
Gmail アプリをパソコンにインストールする方法（Edge利用者の場合）
Gmailのアプリは無料で利用でき、インストールは簡単にできる。
1．Windows EdgeでGmailを開く
- Window EdgeでGmailを開く
- アドレスバー（URLが表示されている場所）の一番右にあるをクリック
- ＞ を選択
Gmailを開いたときのアカウントでアプリはインストールされる。複数のGoogleアカウントを持っている場合は要注意。
- Gmailアプリの右上にあるアイコンをクリックする
- Googleアカウントを選ぶ（Windows Edge上で目的のGmailが開かれる）
- （アプリ画面で見たい場合）一番右にあるをクリックし、 ＞ を選択
2．Gmailアプリの設定
スマホと異なりGmailアプリの表示箇所がいくつかあるので設定（自動表示）。
タスクバーにピン留めすると、画面下で常にGmailのアイコンが表示されるのでおススメ。

アンインストールはいつでも可能。
- システム内の＞ ＞からを探す
- をクリック、のコマンドが出てくる
デフォルトではスタートにピン留めされている。
見つからない場合はスタートで下の画像のように検索できる。

How to Install the Cocoon Theme for WordPress
Cocoon is a free WordPress theme designed in Japan. It’s clean, fast, and highly customizable.
Installation Steps:
1. Visit the official site: https://wp-cocoon.com
2. Download the parent theme and child theme ZIP files.
3. In your WordPress dashboard, go to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme.
4. Upload and install both ZIP files.
5. Activate the child theme to start customizing safely.
Can non-Japanese users use Cocoon?
Yes! Cocoon supports English. If you change your site language to English in WordPress settings, much of the admin panel and theme options will appear in English.
⚠️ Notes for international users:
– Cocoon is primarily designed for Japanese users, so some features (like social share buttons or default settings) reflect Japanese web culture.
– Some newer features may take time to receive full English translation.
– You can customize untranslated parts manually using the theme settings or CSS.
